During the course of his real estate investment career, Mr. Crowther has spearheaded the acquisition and sale of numerous transactions totaling over a billion dollars. This activity has been diverse, including apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, various sale/leaseback agreements and development land. Mr. Crowther’s client list ranges from large pension fund advisors and corporations to individual investors who have involved him in investment transactions, not only in Kansas City, but throughout the United States.

Reid Teaney is a managing director for ARA, A Newmark company with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience concentrated in investment and user sales, leasing and executive level brokerage management. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Mr. Teaney spent over 20 years with CBRE Inc., four years with J.C. Nichols/Highwoods Properties as senior vice president of acquisitions and dispositions and three years as executive vice president of First Scout Investment Realty Advisors in Kansas City. His client relationships range from individual investors to corporate and institutional real estate entities and he has produced over a billion dollars of volume during his career.

Mr. Teaney has served as chairman of the Kansas Real Estate Commission twice, was named the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year in 2004, was awarded the Kansas City Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute's (CCIM) Chapter Home Run Deal Award in 2007 and was also awarded the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ (SIOR) National Largest Volume Office Transaction Award in 1999.
