Tim McKay, senior managing director, brings more than 18 years of commercial lending and brokerage experience to ARA, A Newmark Company. He has financed and sold over $1 billion in assets located throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama, Missouri and Texas. Freddie Mac, Trimont-Tritex, AIG, Equity Residential, Wells Fargo, Watermark Residential, Case & Associates, Haley RE Group and Olympus Property are among Mr. McKay’s list of clients.

Tim graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and later worked for both the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association as well as the OSU Athletic Department.

Brandon Lamb, senior managing director, joined the firm in 2011 and launched the company’s first office in the state of Oklahoma. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial banking and investment sales, with an emphasis in real estate and securities, and has brokered over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions including the sale of the $95 million American Residential portfolio in Tulsa, which set a new record for the largest apartment transaction in the city’s history.

Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Mr. Lamb was the managing principal of a boutique brokerage firm where he assisted institutions such as KeyBank and Huntington National Bank in the disposition of distressed commercial assets. During his tenure there, he was responsible for over $100 million in distressed loan transactions.

Mr. Lamb has been recognized as a “Top Producer” within ARA Newmark and has received multiple “CoStar Power Broker” awards. He holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University, a BBA from Evangel University and is a CCIM candidate.

Mac Crowther is a vice chairman for ARA, A Newmark Company’s Kansas City operation. During the course of his real estate investment career, Mr. Crowther has spearheaded the acquisition and sale of numerous transactions totaling over a billion dollars. This activity has been diverse, including apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, various sale/leaseback agreements and development land. Mr. Crowther’s client list ranges from large pension fund advisors and corporations to individual investors who have involved him in investment transactions, not only in Kansas City, but throughout the United States.
